Kids love it!!!! Great instructions lots of details! Take a while to set it up but it’s worth it!!

Very difficult to put together. Hard to locate the correct pieces in the correct boxes. There’s no rhyme or reason to how they are boxed

Estimated delivery was May 12. Delivered May 15. The builder that we hired (not through Wayfair, as they dont provide that service), was then unavailable due to the later date. We hired different builders who, upon unpacking realized the turbo slide was missing. I contacted Wayfair immediately the best they could do is tell me June 9th was the earliest available delivery for the missing part. I ordered the playground on April 30, expecting it would be delivered installed by my granddaughters birthday, June 6th. We are having a huge family gathering for my sons wedding now, potentially it wont be available for either of those events. Highly disappointed in the part missing now thinking it wasnt available Wayfair just didnt divulge that information. In researching playgrounds, the number one thing I was looking for was a twisty slideturbo slide. Of course thats whats missing. I will update my review regarding the quality of the product when I get the missing parts its put together.

Excellent product. Solid quality. Great value/price. Timely delivery. UPS backed the truck all the way to my back yard! Wonderful service. Family loves the playset.

It's beautiful, But they lied to me , told me someone would set It up , I asked 6 times r u sure some one would Deliver, and set it up , Yes mam , they she will... Well guess what UPS only delivers , It was so upsetting to us all, the just drop it off at thecurb, And could careless, how u get it where u need it... Not ups fault, They just deliver it... Way fair , really let us down, It took my son 3 weeks to put it together, He could only do it on the weekends.....
