I have placed FAR Infrared Sauna outside instead for a year already, it looks and works very good.

It’s very nice. But I cannot reach anyone at customer service. It arrived with one of the heaters not functioning. I kept trying to contact the company and at this point I am sure it’s been too long to deal with it more. HOWEVER, even with one of the heaters not functioning, it is very nice. I enjoy using it regularly and it feels amazing. It looks great and the only part I wasn’t a fan of was the cup holders. They are quite cheap and need some extra support.

This sauna is great, especially for the price. Delivery was easy and assembly was a bit of a pain but pretty doable by two people. My only complaint is that there are no backrests in front of the side panels. Otherwise, this sauna would have been perfect.

First, this was very easy to put together. It took me and my friend about 1hr 30m to do. No issues with parts fitting. The walls come complete and they just buckle together which made it really easy. The only negative comment is one of the lamps doesn’t work so I submitted a case to support for a replacement part. I haven’t heard back yet but confident they will rectify the issue. Even with one of the lamps out it still gets super hot in there. Works amazing.

Great product, I use this sauna everyday after work! Easy install as well.

It's not the best but I wish I got something with higher quality and does it take that long to heat up.
