Boxes sat at delivery service which was only an hour away, for one week prior to delivery. Once schedule, delivery was as promised and crew was polite. Boxed well and safe. One carbon panel was built upside down causing a quick fix that shouldn’t have been needed or performed by the owner. Clear directions and easy setup. 30min to 140 degree F. Works great!

First off, whom ever reviewed this Model before me must have gotten one NOT assembled where my unit was assembled. I would say that 50% of the construction was off...meaning screws stripping wood, not even close to being square corners, assembled backward or incomplete. Bad retrofit of Audio unit. Wires not connected or pulled out. Cracks in wood etc. Wayfair was very fair with taking care of problems. It appears that Heatwave is not the brand I would ever recommend. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS MODEL. I have multiple pics of all the bad construction. I am only able to load 1.

Love it, easy to assemble, works well. Gets to about 135 degrees

The sauna price was lowest in the market for similar. The product is worth the price. Very little issues assembling required some tweeking from shipping etc. make note: unit runs on 110 non dedicated outlet. Manual states 20 amp, it requires a 15 lake wayfair advertises. No negatives to report after using for two weeks.
