HeroKiddo provides a limited warranty that doesn't apply to defects due to directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, excessive usage, unusual wear and tear, accidents, repairs, improper usage, alterations, and lack of maintenance or consumable parts/materials. The customer's usage of any inflatable product on a hard surface other than grass without the use of a trap shall constitute improper usage, which isn't covered by the warranty. Any other non-HeroKiddo brand products will be referred to the original manufacturer for the warranty service.

Product Care: Don't turn off the blower before draining the water to prevent the water from getting into the seams. Never store it in a wet area. Thoroughly dry before rolling for long last use. Step 1: Drain the water to empty the inflatable bounce house slide. Step 2: Use the dry towels to wipe the wet corners and Hook & Loop Fastener areas. Step 3: Turn on the blower to expand the inflatable to its full size, and keep it in the expanded state to air dry the water drops. Step 4: Store inflatable product and blower indoors in a dry place when not in use.
