Product Care: Wipe clean with a dry cloth, Lay flat to dry, For cleaning You can use any household disinfectant and recommend to water down or wipe them off with a clean water mop after 5-10 minutes. Please always follow the instruction on the cleaning product itself. This item is made of vinyl, which will not be damaged easily by the disinfected chemical but wiping down with a clean water mop is for the safety of the children to use. Don't turn off the blower before draining the water to prevent the water from getting into the seams. Never store in a wet place. Thoroughly dry before rolling for long last use. Step 1: Drain the water to empty the inflatable bounce house slide. Step 2: Use the dry towels to wipe the wet corners and Hook & Loop Fastener areas. Step 3: Turn on the blower to expand the inflatable bounce house slide to its full size and keep it in the expanded state to air dry the water drops. Step 4: Store inflatable product and blower indoors in a dry place when not in use.

The customer's usage of any inflatable product on a hard surface other than grass without the use of a trap shall constitute improper usage, which isn't covered by the warranty. Any other non-HeroKiddo brand products will be referred to the original manufacturer for the warranty service.
