Mccombs Solid Wood Folding Adirondack Chair (Set of 2)

Great at first. Did not last. Cracks, splinters, worn finish. Kinda un-usable after 2 years.

We purchased these in July of this year and love them, but have had some issues with wood the chairs are made of. We had the arm rest near the cup holder split, then recently on the same chair, one of seat slats split. We have repaired these issues, but not real sure I would recommend them, see in other reviews, the same thing.

I got these chair by the end of July, by the end of August they started both having the arms split in the middle. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately I was a few days from the 30 day refund policy. Now I have to just suck it up. Do not waist your money on these chairs, they are not of good quality. Do your research first.

Good quality chairs that were very easy to assemble. I followed other reviewers advice of sanding lightly and applying a wood sealer. Reapplied sealer a year laterz The chairs look great but after one year of use, there are a few pieces that are spitting.

If I would have put the 2nd chair together first I would have known that I should have sent it back. 2nd chair was great first chair had two broken screws that were already in the chair. My husband had to get them out and put new ones in which took over an hour. On the back there were two screws that were stripped. I dont know if this was sent back by someone else or what. The picture Im sending is of the 2nd chair first chair this piece was in two pieces. I would send it back but it took us almost 3 hrs to put it together. Really disappointed that this chair was ever sent out. Sharon Eaton

They look great and feel comfortable

Within four months the stain had drastically faded on all the chairs. And the wood is very thin, we've broken slats just by normal sized people sitting on them and not doing anything unusual. They were nice enough to send replacement slats but fragile wood plus stain that only lasts a couple of months does not make for a good product.

Bought four, only have one put together thus far but I love it! Pretty simple, I did it myself, with the “help” of my 4 year old. And beautiful.
