6-Person 78-Jet Hot Tub with Stainless Jets and Ozone System

The hot tub is nice-looking, and after it was installed and wired, functions well. There are three issues that led to a four-star rating. First, the tub was ordered in May (expected delivery in June). There were several delays and eventually, received hot tub in late August. On the shipment, the local Wayfair trucking group had to cancel on the same day of delivery because they couldn't get the hot tub into their truck. After rescheduling to the next week, the hot tub arrived with a deep scuff mark on the acrylic hot tub surface, and one of the corner panels cracked (I am currently exchanging voicemail messages with manufacturer for a repair kit/replacement panel). Finally, the lighting in the hot tub is very weak, from only one light source (there is no led light strip around the inside of the hot tub as most have). It functions well, and the price is very good .
