I’ve had this for about 3 months now. It is generally great-the depth is just right for me (I’m 5’6”), 4 friendly folks can be in at once though it’s not the same as a typical tub. The heater and bubbles work well. I added ground insulation with a layer of 1” isopro boards below the sheet that came with the tub. In southern NV where I live the temps do get down into the 30s-40s at night so this fall I may add another layer of boards and wrap the outside with reflectix to be more efficient. I’m not new to water chemistry so tweaking the Cl and pH etc is easy. Subtracting a star because cover (not the top inflatable plug) has two issues 1) it won’t inflate and 2) removing and re-installing it is a giant pain by yourself . Hard to find a good place to put it where it doesn’t get dirty. Overall, despite that-I recommend this hot tub for those on a budget! those tryi

Purchased this product because of the short cover fo the hot tub . It was more expensive on Wayfair but it had the correct cover that I was having a hard time finding. However when I received the product it was not ad pictured and I was given the product with the cover that I knew I did not want and got to pay more for it . Very disappointing and costly experience .

I set up the hot tub and from the very beginning I got an E90 error code indicating something wrong with the filter. I tried everything and nothing worked. I exchanged it and set up the replacement and the same thing kept happening. I ended up returning it. It was a total waste of time and money.
