Love it! Just the right size for a tight space!

Unfortunately the concept is great, functional, compact and neat, but the hose head is made of plastic and wont hold up…metal ones will last. also, threading issues at connection so it leaks in 2 places. Received a second one and the same issue…returning.

Horrible waste of money. Hose collapsed to the point of only drops coming out. Bought over the winter so it is past the return date. The quick connect it came with is warped too. Not that it matters with the hose that water cannot go through.

So far so good. Nice enclosure for attached hose.

Not worth the price, too small, not durable.

I like the item and would have given a 5-star rating, but for the hose-to-hose bibb quick connector. It has NPT threads. If you live in the U.S., you will need to also buy a "3/4 male NPT (pipe) to 3/4 female GHT (Hose) to adapter" to work. Ace Hardware carries the adapter.

Horrible it broke in 1 month and no returns or refunds. I don’t recognize this item at all.

When I first had this hose reel I really loved it. After a couple of months, the connector for the reel broke. I tried to fix it and went to many different stores to replace the piece. No luck. Now I can't use the item. Very disappointed.

Nice and compact for smaller hoses.
