Afsana Wicker Outdoor Ottoman

I’ve purchased this item at least twice. I can’t say how deplorable the quality is …I am shocked that a company like Wayfair would even entertain putting an item out like this to the public. This is the worst product I think I’ve ever purchased from Wayfair or any other online vendor. Pull it at once you should be ashamed of yourself!!! If you continue to insult the intelligence of the public by introducing these types of products on your platform, you won’t be in business much longer!!! Idiots!!!

I managed to deal with the fact that it did not keep water out, but the wicker is all deteriorated. I have had it less than 3 years. It stays out for about 4 months, it gets covered and stored in garage over winter. On what would be its 3rd season of use it is crumbling and looks terrible. save your money.

COMPARED TO ANOTHER DECK BOX WE HAD FOR YEARS THESE ARE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. THE LID HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY, THEY LEAK AND THE LINING HOLDS WATER AND IS AWKARD TO ZIP . THE CUSHIONS SIT IN ITHE WATER. I HAD TO RETOFIT MY OWN METHOD FOR MAINTAINING(MAGNET) A CLOSED LID ALL IN ALL THEY ARE HORRIBLE! SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS

We are very unhappy with this “Outdoor Furniture” we bought! We even bought the “warranty” and when we tried to file a claim we’re told it did not cover this particular wicker furniture! As you can see from pictures this “Outdoor Furniture” is not suitable for Outdoor Use We bought the complete set which included table, bench box(and ordered another bench box to store cushions) 2 foot stools, couch, loveseat and chair and paid over 1200! We have been looking at other outdoor furniture to replace this but are reluctant to order from Wayfair! Enjoy the free shipping which is a huge savings on this size order! We feel that some type of reimbursement or credit towards future Orders would be suitable In this matter. Your immediate attention to this request is appreciated.

Needed a place to store the grill cover, etc. Nice looking storage box. We keep ours sitting on a screened porch so it's never in a downpour. Really happy with it.

Nice, large size for chaise cushions and pillows. Went together easy.

This box leaks through the lid - see photo. Why are there 2 38” holes drilled in the otherwise solid plastic lid This occurs after rain.

Easy to assemble, looks great, better quality than I expected. I love the velcro-attached liner.

Not waterproof, or water tight! It did work for me at all. I gave it away.

After 2 years, the weave has cracked. It is NOT waterproof. Cushions, blankets and hammock all molded and had to be thrown away
