Ajai 6 - Person Patio Conversation Sets with Cushions

I never got the table included in the set and the customer service for Wayfair is horrible. I’ve been on hold for over an hour multiple times. The set is ok, not what I was hoping for and not worth the price.

Great set up. Don’t tighten all the screws when putting the furniture together. Sometimes the holes don’t line up properly. It’s easier to adjust if they are not fully tightened.

Not happy yet. So far we received 3 of the 9 items in this set. The first piece was a corner chair. My husband put together fairly easy, one hole needed a little pressure to line up, but went together in the end. Next, one of the club chairs. This one assembled easier than the first item, but when we flipped it we noticed both arms of chair were damange. They had dents, dimples and missing paint, that had already started to rust. Next club chair we inspected first and one of those arms were also chipped and missing paint. I have now been on hold with the Wayfair customer support for 29mins, no answer. The entire time i have been on hold i have been trying to use the chat feature and i get an error that my chat wont send. Frustrating to spend my Saturday doing this. More to come.
