So far we absolutely love this set. It shipped very quickly. It came in 5 different packages over 3 days. It was fairly easy to put together too. It only had a few different types of screws so that made it much easier. It seems comfortable and I love the storage part with the bag inside.

Awesome easy to assemble and comfortable

The wicker couldnt withstand the elements. It was always moved inside during the cooler rainy months. The fireplace was broke when it showed up. Cheap.

Beautiful set it puts together well and sturdy

This set was very time consuming to put together. It took me many hours to put it together. It wasn’t hard to assemble just time consuming. It looks great on my patio and I am so happy with it!

The furniture set is very nice. The cushions are incredibly poor quality. The fabric faded terribly in one season. I reached out to Wayfair, they gave me three contact details for the mfg, none of those worked, I called back and was able to obtain an email address. I wrote to them, I was happy to pay for a replacement set of cushions, as it is just out of warranty. This is their response ........................................ We have checked that we don’t have any parts available. And we have tried to request part from our manufacturer, but they refuse to match any parts. Hope you can understand. Best Wishes! The overall quality of this set was disappointing. The cushions were more of a purple than grey, and after being in the sun for a week, they completely faded. The cushions also slide off of the wicker, and the wicker pieces don’t remain attached and in place, making for a very uncomfortable seating experience. Our money was 100 wasted. We ended buying another outdoor patio set to replace this one within just a couple of months.

The original manufacturer was said to be Lattitude Run, but it’s actually Patio Joy. Still a nice set. we put it together ourselves. It wasn’t hard, just tedious. The cushions will need to be secured, since they easily slip off the wicker. Ordered velcro strips for fabric to correct this.

Cushions are discolored after not even a month. As you can see, the couch is underneath a deck, and it is not in direct sunlight. Such a disappointment. Do not buy.

My box for the cushions, I tried to put it on it will not work. The rod was in the wrong position. My woven pieces are broken. try to get in touch with customer service, but could not.
