Took about a month for delivery. Opening the box was a job of it's own but I'm glad all was packed very well! Assembled did take a few hours. My father and I assembled it with some help from my teen daughters. Everything lined up well but it wasn't easy getting it just perfect. When finally done I was very happy and couldn't wait to plug it in! The plug does not work with your standard outlet... I wish I had know that. I am not waiting on my electrician

This is a very nice unit! It is not exactly a 3 person unit, as advertised, but it is more than comfortable for 2 adults! The size is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Delivery was great, packaging was super secure and protected. The assembly was very easy and the instructions were perfect!

Pretty great sauna. Easy to assemble. Took myself and a helper about 45 minutes to set up. The pallet is quite large and the door and back panel are quite heavy and will require two people to carry. Sauna had yet to reach temperatures over 130°. I’m not sure why. That being said, 130 is pretty hot and gets you sweating hard. I would definitely recommend. Also, worth noting that this fits 3 people tightly, but two comfortably.
