Love my Lifesmart Spa! The quality is amazing and it is everything I was hoping for. The only downside I have is the exterior is made of some type of resin material that looks slightly bowed within the first month of having it. It’s not too noticeable but it’s there.

The price was great and the hot tub is even better.

Amazing hot tub!!! Jets are positioned nicely! Easy to maintain. Stays hot even when cover is off and your in it enjoying the warm water. The waterfall is nice and the cover is great! Energy efficient! The color scheme is great! Love it! Highly recommend it. The surface has a perfect feel with a hint of grip to avoid slipping and falling.

Have had this hot tub for about few weeks now and so far, were super happy! For the price, this was a total steal, however, few key things we learned which might impact your decision to buy! 1) Wayfair does NOT offer white glove delivery on this tub and they did state many times via email that the drop off is just that...a drop off. Delivery team is told not to move to any location outside of just getting it on your property. You will need to hire movers or find a way to get it in place. 2) With the plug-in option, the instruction manual notes that the tub cannot heat and run the jets at the same time - because of the chord being a 15 amp max power source - its just not pulling enough power to do both. If you plan to use in really cold weather, you may want to consider hardwiring to a dedicated circuit which will provide the tub with 30 amps and runs the jets while it maintains heating simultaneously. 3) It does come with the cover and power cable but not with steps nor does it come with starter chemicals - not a problem for us but did just want to share that. Again, for the price point, its an incredible hot tub and we are looking forward to using it for years to come. Highly recommend!

Delivery was great! Set up was a little difficult, read ALL of the directions before you start. Must remove the outer panel before you locate the 3 screws, directions dont state that. Tub was missing the power cable, but customer service went above and beyond to make it right. Overall the tub is great. I think it would be even better if I had it wired to 220 but the 110 system works for what I wanted.

the size is good. the jets are adequate. not exactly gonna blow you away but for what my wife and I need its just fine. Very disappointed in the delivery. Confirmed with Wayfair to deliver to back door. confirmed with delivery company day before delivery that they would and they said yes. driver and his helper didnt care and "didnt know" they dropped it out front of our house. Wayfair didnt care. delivery company didnt care. they said oh well. cost us another $400 to have a company come out and move it to the back. hopefully we get a few years out of it.

Unbelievable deal. Free delivery and no interest if paid off in 24 months. They delivered it to my cement patio. Me and my son in law put in place. Went through steps for set up. Filled and no leaks and currently heating. Made the water right and heaven tomorrow. Hoping for years of relaxing and healing. Unbelievable. Thank you!!

Amazing hot tub for the money!

It seems to be working perfectly. I have it on its own outlet and the heater and jets are working fine. It was about 45 degrees outside when I filled it and the hot tub took about a day and a half to reach 101-102 with the cover installed. I lose about a degree per hour or so. This is my first hot tub and I’m pretty happy with it. I took the advice of other reviewers and removed the panel where the pump is located. The power cord is wrapped up inside. I tried to pull on it with out removing the panel and only got about 3 feet. It’s actually much longer. Remove the two strips, the exterior wood’ish panel, and the styrofoam panel. The power cord and drain hose is secured inside.
