I had a great experience with purchasing my hot tub. It was easy to install and works exactly how I hoped it would.

Bad temperature controls- often much hotter than settings, water overflows with more than 2 adults causing level to be too low after you get out and needing refilled immediately to run, sides are deforming in sun.

Not a well insulated hot tub. The pictures I've posted are of the tub which holds the water. The heater will have to run continuously to keep up when the weather gets cold. I've owned many hot tubs and I've never experienced such a lack of spray foam. I'm not sure if it's the design or if someone dropped the ball on the insulation process. Looks like I'm going to have to insulate it properly myself. Not happy about this. However, besides that, the hot tub seems to be pretty nice.
