I love this hot tub. It got delivered a few weeks after I ordered it, the only option was for the delivery guy to drop it wrapped up and on a pallet in my driveway so be aware of that. We paid 4 of my son’s high school friends to help us move it around to the backyard & a neighbor also helped, it took a lot of people because it’s very large. The cord only looks a few feet long but there’s more wrapped up behind the panel, I wasn’t aware of that before I was draining/cleaning it out for the 2nd time. Everything is excellent, we’re happy we bought it and the price was great for the space you get inside of it. The jets work great, I like the lighting. The filter is easy to remove and clean. It only comes with one filter so I’ll get another soon. Definitely going to buy a cover lift to keep the cover from getting damaged, it’s too heavy for me to take it off without dropping it when my husband or sons aren’t home. I would recommend this to everyone. Edited after almost 2 years of everyday use- nothing has changed- still happy, best thing I’ve ever bought myself.

This hot tub is pretty awesome. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. Overall, it looks great and is very nice for the price. However, it's big and needs several people to move it. Secondly, you need a dedicate GFCI within 10' or so of the tub. We had to pay an electrician $500 to come out and install a line. It's not as simple as a plug in play. But again, for the price. It's a deal.

works just as expected and stays at 104F - which is the max but that's perfect for our family. Also runs on 110 volt!!

Absolutely amazing!! I was a little concerned getting the plug and play, but it’s great. Took about 24-26 hours to get to temp, but after that it’s good to go. Holds temp well with the cover on. Hardly hear it running except to filter. It’s big!! Tons of room. Jets are powerful. It has a slightly rougher finish on the inside than ones we’ve used in the past, but we actually like it better so we don’t have to worry about falling getting out. We are both 50. Works great, great on working out your sore muscles. Our own personal paradise!

Love it! Delivery took FOREVER but well worth the wait. We tipped the delivery guys and they put it in my Florida Room where we wanted it. They even removed all the packaging for me. It looks awesome, fits our family of 4 comfortably, and we use it all the time. Very happy with this purchase. I only wish I would have got it sooner! Great hot tub at a great price!

It is beautiful and works perfectly for me. The delivery is very good. Notify me with email and I picked the good date and time that fits my schedule. The delivery staff are very helpful and did what I told them to do . They putted the hot tub to where I wanted it to be with little tips . I was worried about it will be placed in my driveway if I wasn’t there to receive it. So just make sure you are there and ask them to help move it where you want it to. It works great!! Love this hot tub! Heats up fairly quickly and the jets work perfectly. Enough room for 4-5 adults. Definitely one of our best purchases!

I’ve had this for about a week and a half now and I love it. It took FOREVER to heat up - 2 days - so plan on waiting a while. I’ve had friends over and they love it! I enjoy hanging out on my own in it too. The cord is very short so make sure you’re near a plug. The top is nice, not super snug though. Cup holder is cool and convenient but be careful - if you move the water too much and it splashes under it, it will move and pop up. Temp dropped about 4 degrees in an hour which isn’t bad since it’s close to summer but curious how that will be in fall and winter. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase.
