upon delivery the spa leaked. only 1 stage of the 2 stage pump works. the service company is very difficult to to work with

For the money hard to beat! I got it on Way-Day for 3,000 out the door. Easy to get set up. Myself and two buddies got it off the pallet and in to position with relative ease (468 pounds). One more person would’ve helped though.

Great starter hot tub, make sure you tighten all piping before starting.Big leak because it was loose in moving, hot tub arrives sideways and I would pay extra for Wayfair to bring in the backyard.

Not great quality. Doesn't retain heat very well. Spend the extra 1000 and get a nicer one

Very satisfied with the hot tub, it performs as described and was under budget from the one I bought almost 20 years ago with more features. Who can I complain about that?
