The hot tub itself is fantastic. Excellent performance, great value for the price, and I’m very happy with the product overall. That said, I would not recommend purchasing it here. The shipping and coordination were a mess. I reached out to confirm the delivery window and was told everything was on track. Two days later, I was informed of a delay—then a week after that, I suddenly got an email saying it was being delivered the next day. The delivery team showed up with just two guys and a basic hand dolly to move a 700 lb hot tub. No pallet jack, no proper equipment—just pushing and pulling directly on the tub, which was concerning to watch. They even said this isnt our specialty and usually theres equipment for this. I felt awful and it was a serious safety concern. Customer service was equally unhelpful—scripted responses, no real ownership of the issue, and no attempt to make things right when the delivery dates were being moved. If youre looking at this hot tub, go for it,but buy it anywhere else!

So far so good this is a beautiful hot tub. It was delivered with great communication and care for the product.

We just unpacked our hottub. There’s piece of the outer shell broken off. We haven’t hooked it up yet but will soon. The delivery guys showed up in a delivery truck with no way to unload the hottub. My husband said just use the lift off the back of the truck, they said it doesn’t work. So they were just going to roll it off the back! My husband got our tractor with a loader and got it off the truck for them. Then the guys stood around waiting for a tip…..they didn’t get one and were sent on their way. I’ll return to this review once the hottub is functioning to update the stars.

I love the hot tub now, after a month of being unable to use it. When I filled it and turned it on, all kinds of sticky grease came out of the pipes. I had a spa company come out and degrease and clean it. 1,200 later it works well. Was hoping to get reimbursed for this but cannot get ahold of anyone.

Very nice looking hot tub. Delivery drivers were very helpful. Easy to run the electric too. It has a more anti slip surface also so will be easier to avaoid slipping as you get in. My only complaint- it took over two months to arrive as they kept pushing back the delivery dates

I’ve had several bad experiences with Wayfair’s delivery, which I’m assuming is a third-party that they hired, and once again, they did not fail to disappoint. The spa came in the back of a freight truck, and two men wiggled it off, and it landed on my driveway. Inevitably, something was bound to be broken. Thankfully, the hot tub itself functions, but like many other reviewers, it should not be listed as a seven person hot tub, only since there’s seven cavities with jets in them. It would be a very crowded seven. All of the features are nice. It would just be nice to receive one undamaged product from Wayfair, just once.

Buyer beware! Worked great for the first year and as soon as the warranty was up we had a leak, a big leak losing an inch of water a day. We now have an empty hot tub and can’t find anyone to repair it. The only way to get to the plumbing is to empty it and flip it on it’s side. There are small holes in the bottom filled with spray in foam that must be removed by hand to try to find the leak. Took hours to get to the possible cause. Wish us luck… by phone repair person said if it’s the drain you might as well buy a new tub. Hopefully I didn’t just throw almost 5k down the drain (literally)
