Horrible product. Tried cancelling the order and they shipped anyway. And now they want me to pay to ship it back to them. Never ordering from them ever again

Nicely built smoker. After having others I prefer stand up version better! Temperature control is very important and it seems to hold up so far.

Master built is a great brand for a smoker. This is our 2nd one and being electric makes it so easy!

Absolutely fantastic. My husband made a nice brisket on it and the temperature is perfect. Easy to clean up and put together. I also bought the cover for it as it is to be used only outdoors. It is a great addition to our outdoor kitchen )

Good product

Very pleased with my order, but was not pleased that it was left in the rain. If they had taken 5 more steps they could have put it under my carport. I will continue to order from Mayfair.
