Received a panel with several components missing and damaged and Wayfair immediately directed me to the manufacturer. Have been reaching out to manufacturer now for over a week via phone and email with no response. Their service is terrible, but Wayfair is worse not standing behind or offering to help the products they sell.

I ordered this along with the pergola and two screen sides back in March. Delivery came soon after, on time. We had poured concrete to put it on so by the time it was cured and ready, we were past the 30 day limit to return for a refund. The shutter wall boxes (3 boxes for 3 panels) didn’t have any hardware though (screws, feet, etc), just panels so we couldn’t put that side together. I called Wayfair customer service. They asked I send pictures and they would supply replacement parts. I did so, and I didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks. So I text the service number. I again explained what was missing, sent pics, and asked for those missing parts. I got an email that parts for the screen wall were ordered (which I didn’t need). I text again, and the next email showed the right parts were ordered. When the parts arrived a week or so later, it was screws for one shutter wall panel, still no feet. I emailed regarding this incident explaining I needed 2 more packs of screws and the feet for all 3 panels. I was specific and gave product name and pictures from the instruction manual. Parts arrived and yet again, no feet are included. I emailed again asking for the feet. Looked like they were ordered. A week later I get an email that the replacement parts ordered was cancelled. I reached out a 6th time asking for the missing feet parts. I was told those parts are out of stock so they can’t get them to me. This is mid June now. For 3 months, I waited to finally be told they just didn’t have the parts I needed. I eventually got a refund for the parts AFTER I shipped the parts I had back which was a hassle. The pergola itself is great. Wayfair’s customer service was so unbelievably bad. I will never order from them again. And if so some reason I do, I will be sure to assemble within the return timeline. I was so disappointed and frustrated that it took them 6 different communication requests and 3 months to figure that out which I provided clear instruction and explanations including phone calls, texts, emails, sending pictures, giving exact counts of hardware needed and the product name give on the instruction manual.

Amazing addition to this sturdy pergola! Adds some much-needed shade in the afternoon, and so much style.

It's been 2 years since we installed on our porch and it is still holding strong. It gives privacy but also allows the air to flow through.

I love the new pergola. Great quality. But one of the panels was missing the parts and getting the missing hardware has been a nightmare. Wayfair washes their hands of it. I’m not even sure if I’m talking to a real person at Mirador, but they keep telling me it’s on the way and that they’ll send me a tracking number and the one they sent me didn’t work. I’m just getting the runaround. This would be five stars if we could just get it to the finish line.
