Love this only problem is the back cushions are not firm enough or big enough. They slide downward. Nothing was broke and everything was easy to put together. Gave it 4 stars because the cushions could be better

Overall this is a decent piece of patio furniture for the price. It does not contain any "hooks" or securing latches to keep the pieces together so it is easy for the pieces to slide apart which is both a curse (really annoying when you are sitting on it and a piece just slides away) and a blessing (it makes it easy to shift). Two components came severely bent. Customer Service was quick to respond, easy to communicate with and helpful but they do not send replacement parts. They either send you a whole new sectional and you have to mail the one you just spent hours assembling back or they give you a credit and you are stuck with the bent pieces. This piece just doesn't feel as sturdy or comfortable as I wanted but it's functional, fairly affordable and if you don't mind some twisted pieces, then just fine. The photos show the sectional without the cushions and with one of tthe bent pieces.

Just set this up and it is perfect! Can’t wait to decorate with more things. The quality is amazing!

Cushions very thin and uncomfortable.

I'm very pleased with the quality and beauty of this couch. It took me at least 4 hours to put it together, but I am a 69 year old woman working alone with knee issues - and I did it! No regrets.

It is a good size and easy to assemble. Looks great on my front porch

Cushions need to be a little thicker for comfort and the back should be higher but overall this is a good item for the porch!

It is very light and easy to put on your deck. Once you have figured out what the parts are it was not hard to put together.

I love the set but wanted beigh covers. Very disappointed doesn’t match the cushions on my swivel rocker chairs. I asked to be exchanged. They said NO. I may not do business here again . I like what I’ve purchased. But the company not accommodating
