This whole process has been a nightmare. They have changed the delivery date three times and when they made the final delivery, shorted us one of the main things we need by this weekend. I ordered 3 heaters and they only delivered two. I contacted support and they said it would be here by the end of the day. Still havent received the third heater and now the status showed delivered. Reaching support wasnt easy or helpful. I regret buying from Wayfair already.
