False advertising, product is advertised as 2'' H x 25'' W x 12'' D and actually is only 2" X 12" X 9" and when I wanted to return it Wayfair charged me almost $5 for return where I was not at fault. Last time I will be buying anything from Wayfair. Good by

Terrible. I cooked a big piece of fish. First I oil sprayed the BBQ basket. Then I floured and spiced the fish. Then I brushed the fish with melted butter. It looked very nice as it cooked. But, try to get that out of the basket when it was finished cooking? What a mess. It was stuck, stuck, stuck on to the basket. I would like a refund for this item. Would like to know what to do. Thank you.
