Quality is average and some prayers were missing

Took about 2 hours to install and it looked really nice until we went to use the remote and it didn’t work so we tried again and nothing worked then it started to open and close on its own very strange so now I’m trying to return it how do you think this is going to go ???

It’s nice but some damage which is in the process of being fixed And we cannot get the one remote to work properly and can’t seem to stop on its own Could be something we r not doing right

Im very happy with the awning. The instructions for installation are rather unhelpful. They dont have enough information on the canvas installation. Awning five stars. Instructions two stars. Watch a video.

I had to install it on a metal building so I had to build a 2x2 metal tube frame to install it on. Mounting was ok but the directions were not easy to understand, I had to go to youtube form some of the information. The down stop did not work so I have to stop it on my own.

Missing a part and now have waited over a week before I can put it up.

Like the product so far. On a scale from 1-5 for easy install it was a 3. Did by myself but took a a while. Looks nice and seems to be quality material. Only downfall is the motor only runs a few opencloses then you have to wait 10 minutes to resume. Multiple times is only needed when setting the open and close stop points.

We set this outside before hanging it and were shocked to see burn marks on the cord just from sitting in the sun which its designed to do, was not plugged in. Returned it.

Love this awning! The instructions are NOT the best. All the measurements they give you on the tools needed, hole sizes, etc is off, but the basics of the install are all there. We didn’t want the white piping on the valence or the front awning bar so we covered both with black for a cleaner look. One small adjustment on the left arm once it was up to level it out and we’re good to go! Feels solid and the motor works smoothly.
