The tubs were fine, except 1 tub was cracked. we are trying to find a number to report this problem. should we receive a partial refund for 1 tub? Thanks.

Absolutely love these. Perfect size for storage in my basement. Also even full, it is not that heavy to lift. Holds all my Click and Grow packages and attachment lights with plenty of room.

Item according to website was 23 34 L x 16 W x 13 12 H storage box. I received 16 14 L x 11 14 W x 11 58 H storage box. Very disappointed that description did not match item.

I love the 46 that came intact, but two were damaged in shipping. Will try to return just the two. Good size.

Two of the toads are broken each of the counters at one of the counter the other at its own counter.

Best deal for sure but I’d pay a little more for different ones now that I learned these aren’t the best storage space wise. Under the lid is structural plastic that blocks you from utilizing the cubic space. Meaning you aren’t going to be fitting near as much in these as you think are.

I had ordered Sterilite Latching Stackable Storage Container w/ Lid by Sterilite, 12 containers, it was almost perfectly handled and delivered, except for one small issue. one of the containers wass missing one handle, as you can see in the attached picture. It would be great if they sent me the missing handle so that it would be completed and not remain missing-piece. I am hoping that the respectful Wayfair Customer Service will solve this issue and ask the merchant to send me the missing handle ASAP. I would have given 5 stars ifthe handle was not missing. I am very happy with Sterlite. :-) The quality is great and the price is pretty dicent.
