Straps for the spring padding broke after 1 week. I never received the tool to put the springs on.

Got this on a whim and only looked at size and cost, I really should have spent more time researching. The assembly directions were abysmal and it took my husband and I the better part of a day to assemble when it really could have been less with clearer directions. There was also a ladder included but no directions on how to assemble or install. There are holes in the leg poles were it seems like screws should go to secure it but none were mentioned or provided. It really took until the very end of assembly to feel slightly comfortable with the how it is put together because all throughout it seemed like it could collapse, break, fly away at any moment. Additionally the netting is awful and my kids have already broken the clasps and zipper on the net to the point where I may have to invest in a new one for safety concerns.

Perfect for my two granddaughters, they can jump and have fun without MEEE worrying about falling too far off the ground( if they fall) just the right size for a 4 and 5 year old.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandchildren and it is perfect! They love it!

Great but need a bigger for 3 kids

It was easy to put on but only good for 1 kid.
