I bought the smoker from Wayfair because of their (very helpful) customer service concerning this smoker. Originally I contacted another name brand smoker and customer service acted like they didnt even want to answer my questions to get my business even though their smoker was 75.00 higher than Wayfairs. So again, Wayfair continues to get my business.
