The only thing is the five small screws to undo to put the batteries in. Better if no screws. It does turn on for six hours and then shut off to save on batteries. Also can set for lights to flash which is nice.

This nutcracker is adorable. He is so short and chubby! I love him and cannot wait until it is time to put him out at Christmas. He is very well done and I would purchase him again if I had the chance, however he is packed away awaiting Christmas this coming year.

Really cute. The timer is great, one less thing to worry about. I do wish the light was a softer white instead of a bright bluish white. But we use it indoors which makes it seem a little harsh. Still love the item
