Keep getting run around. Received the retractable hose without mounting brackets, self tapping bolts or the wall anchors. I had hired a person toco e install this but and you hear parts were missing and so I gave him $10 for gas now I have to wait until something is done from WAYFAIR. HOPE THEY MAKE THIS RIGHT and ship missing parts.

Extremely handy for all gardeners.

The hose reel can lock into place at basically whatever desired length you want and the hose reel swivels on the wall mount. Only thing I would change would be the strength of the hose, I typically buy commercial grade hoses so they last so I am curious to see how this hose will last. Overall great, well made, durable hose reel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an avid gardener, I have been through my fair share of hoses. And almost every single one has been a hassle in one way or another. Well those days are over. I have never been so impressed with a hose in all my life. This thing is simply a joy to use and no frustrations at all. I stretch it out almost to its full length while walking to my garden, and am able to drag it all around without it kinking or being too heavy that it's hard to maneuver. I thought id have to change the nozzle that came with it, but I actually ended up loving how it sprays. The best part is when you are finished though. No dragging the cord all the way back up and it getting knotted and tangled... nope.... you just go back up to the case, give a gentle tug and it sucks right back up inside and it does it perfectly every single time. There really isnt a way that it can become tangled inside there, and the way it is designed is very cool and functional. You just have to be careful because it will continue to pull the hose back in and you dont want to be in the way when the nozzle goes whizzing by. My husband was able to easily hang it on the wall and I love that it swivels from side to side. I will never have a hose that doesn't retract again... I love it that much!
