Complete garbage. Very poor quality. Dimensions nowhere near acceptable. Buy it elsewhere. Seriously!

Perfect for my pergola!!

Great product. Hurricane caused strong winds that pulled the sails so hard that the bolt they were attached to broke, but the sails were not damaged at all !! Highly recommend

Amazing product! The wrinkles in the sail went away after we hung it. Super happy with the shade it gives, glad we went for the square sail instead of the triangular one. Love it!!!

I ordered these to cover my pond from the hot Las Vegas sun. Install is a little tricky and you want to make sure you have it to where you can evenly tighten all corners. I used rope to test out my connecting points before finalizing the hooks, wire ropes, and turnbuckles. Turnbuckles are a must for getting it tight and will make it easier to take down during extreme winds although we had crazy winds last night that turned over umbrellas and plants but my sails are still fine. This brand is the best quality of any that I ordered. Luckily the 16.5 was my first so when I ordered a second one and third one from two other companies I was able to see the big difference and returned both. I settled on the second smaller one which is 12 x 12 and I really needed 14 x 14 but I only would use this Love Story brand after seeing the alternatives.

We bought these sails for our church playground. Need some shade here in TX on the playset. Getting the anchor points can be tricky to keep the sail tight. After a few days we did have to retighten since it had stretched out some. But after that, its fine. Rain went right through or ran off. The church is in a real windy corridor, so well see how it holds up to that. We bought a metal 10 foot pole to install one corner point. Cemented in about 2 feet of it. Should work out really good. We like how the tanbeige color blends in with our church and some of the pipes on the playset. Happy with our purchase.

I’ve had a major issue with sunset. The glaring sun would blind me while watching TV. Additionally, my plants on my patio would get roasted in the afternoon sun. This is the perfect solution! It’s very durable in the heavy Central Texas wind. No more closing the blinds in the afternoon. Full disclosure, I did have to buy three panels in order to cover my patio.
