LED Light-Up Basketball Hoop

Wish I could give it 0 stars. It was not easy to assemble but I got it done. It was a Christmas gift for my son. Once hung it looked amazing and he loved it. After just a couple of days the backboard started to crack from banking shots and the lights stopped working. Okay, bummer but we were willing to accept it. Then within 2 weeks of normal use the thin acrylic backboard snapped completely and the rim came off. I emailed Wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer did nothing but argue with me and tell me it was my son’s fault and he was clearly abusing the product! After weeks of correspondence with this pitiful excuse for a company (because they took literally a week to respond to each message) I received 0 help, no replacement parts, no refund, no compensation. Only rudeness and arguments. So I attempted to dispute the payment ($60 is quite a bit for this piece of junk) but was told I waited too long! Now I know why they dragged out our correspondence, to kill time so I couldn’t dispute it. Terrible company. I ended up taking the remaining parts and built my own backboard out of wood and it has been perfect so far. Pic included. Pretty sad that I was able to build a better product than them lol. 100% do not recommend this product, save your money and get something cheaper because it will def be better quality.

This is really cute and it’s just the right size to play around with but not take up that much space. The LED Lighting is a great addition.

My son loves it. He hanged it to his bedroom door!

We loved that it lit up but it came out of the screws easily. That may have been due to our old walls and not the product though.

Backboard is flimsy. Better yet just a thin piece of plexiglass. It does look cool but I’m afraid it will be broken within the week.

Very sturdy and nice looking. It has stood up to the beating an 11-year-old boy and his friends give it for more than a year now!
