Fantastic trampoline and easy setup. It arrived quickly, and all the parts were there. Its a favorite for all the kids. One of the netting poles bent when the kids were hanging on it.

The trampoline is totally awesome, but putting it together was an absolute nightmare. I tried to build the frame myself following the user manual instructions 5 times. I read the instructions I followed each step exactly as I pieced the frame together, but every time it was clear the frame was as not properly put together. So after my 6th time taking it apart I asked my boyfriend for help. He also read followed the instructions exactly, but he tried 2 times experienced the exact same thing I did. The trampoline frame was clearly not put together properly. We honestly thought the product was faulty needed to be returned, but that night I found a video tutorial for the instructions on assembling this trampoline. We watched it multiple times to figure out to put the trampoline together, but also b the video’s instructions were so different from user manual’s that it was honestly shocking. I mean the two were not just inconsistent, but both have important info that is not included on both in someways they kind of contradict each other. So the next day we tried to build it 2 more times using the instructions only from video tutorial, but once again it was obvious the frame was not put together correctly. It looked great, but the problems we had with assembling the frame continued with net and trampoline springs. We had to use the same guessing game method for each piece. We were thrilled. It’s an awesome trampoline now that it’s assembled, but the assembly was absolutely ridiculous. I mean it should have been helpful to have the instructions in 2 formats, but due to the lack of consistency, missing info contradictions between the two it just created chaos confusion. I don’t think it’s possible to assemble this using only one set of the instructions. You need the user manual video tutorial. Once you have both you just have to play a guessing game with the steps. It was all trial error for us after realizing how different the two sets of instructions were. So overall, I love the trampoline, but assembling it was ridiculously frustrating during its assembly I became incredibly infuriated with Wayfair b this just shouldn’t be a problem costumers encounter. It’s a huge inconvenience, but more importantly I’m incredibly disappointed in Wayfair for selling a product with such poor instructions b this product is for kids. The instructions should be straight forward consistent in every format it’s offered in. I mean kids get hurt on properly assembled trampolines, but a trampoline that’s not assembled properly is literally a hazard to kids… just an accident waiting to happening.

Perfect! My mom got this for my daughter for Christmas. It is a great size for her and her friends (she is 5), and I love that it is very safe. None of the springs are accessible while jumping, which means no feet getting stuck, etc. My daughter especially loves the purple color! I did a lot of research on trampolines before buying this one, and I am so glad I went with a Skywalker. My husband and his friend put it together pretty quickly. We did buy anchors on to go with it, and the Skywalker ladder separately.
