purchased this in April of 2024, after only a few short months it is already in pieces in my yard. Did not withstand weather.

Love this solarium. Was not that hard to put together. You have to look close at the instructions to see which end you put brackets, etc. It is clearly marked. I had it right, hubby, changed them around...extra work! MEN, Count the holes in the pictures, and you are good! Corners go in with the hole up!

instructions confusing requiring numerous attempts to put together basically by trial and error, one of screw seatings was not properly dye cast. product arrived damaged and delivery personnel did their best to hide damage

Very solid product. Fit perfectly on my wood deck. Assembly straightforward, mostly one person with occasional need for a second set of hands. Parts are labeled well but the instructions are not clear about the orientation of parts requiring occasional disassembly and reorientation. Instructions on how to attach to deck and optionally attach to house are not provided. The house interface is not perfectly flush (a few brackets and screws protrude) slightly. My deck pitches down slightly so the frame leans away from the house about 1-2” at the top. I will fashion something to take up the gap for wind and rain. There are several air gaps in the design particularly between the roof and front wall which I filled with foam strips to keep bugs and wind out. The location of the door differs in product photos from the instructions. It is easy to position the door multiple locations on the front or side walls but it is not shown in instructions. The weakest part of the design is the screen and window latches which are hard to pull out and reseat properly. The window material is unusual to me as it is very flexible and seemingly thin. Time will tell how well the windows last. It is not clear how to remove the door windows if needed (for repair or replacement). Snow load struts are included which is a nice addition. I love the polycarbonate soffit windows and may consider replacing some roof panels with similar for a skylight effect. The product looks great! I put vapor barrier and underpayment plywood on the deck to bug and windproof the floor.

We have had this solarium for about ten tears now, it has held up very well. We've had small hail storms over the years and the roof has held with out pitting or such. It's south facing so once the sun hits, it does get very hot with out windows open for a cross breeze. We've added shantex eco-tiles on the floor (cement slab). I've cut and framed a dog door on a side panel, so it doubles as a large dog house lol. To clear the snow off, I use a small windshield squeegee (rubber side down lol) screwed on to a painters pole The only beef I have with it when we assembled it by the instructions, the door slides open on the out side. The bottom "door track" is exposed to the weather, and gets clogged up if not kept clean. I've had to use a flathead screwdriver and a mallet (hammer) to un-clog it.
