Very nice but did not realize it was a screened in structure. It looks great though.

I'm enjoying this addition to my townhouse. It fits nicely into the 10X10 patio space that I have and has given me a place to relax at any time of the day. In 90 degree weather it does get very hot and you have to wait until it cools down or use a fan. I can do 80 degrees with the windows open and if the wind blows through it feels nice despite the heat. I had 1 person who is good at putting things like this together install it for me and they worked all day. It's a two person if not three person job. Since it has been up, we've had a storm come through and many days of rain. Caulking has kept the rain out and even when some of the rain sips in it dries up easily. I would have given it five stars but the door lock already fell off and even though I found a different lock the lower part of the door doesn't close completely because the new lock forces the lower part to open up slightly. I'm still trying to figure out what to do. It would be nice if this company can help me fix this problem. Rain and other unwanted creatures find their way in through that open space. The last time the lawn was moored an annoying amount of grass came inside through that hole. I have ordered furniture which will arrive next week but still feel uncomfortable about the door situation. Overall, I still feel good about my purchase.

Very nice Solarium added that has given us another 100 sq ft of enclosed space to utilize. I used the previous reviews as a springboard to caulk every opening. First rain and not a single leak. Take away it’s worth caulking if you want to have a water tight enclosure and protect any investment you add inside. The item that was left as a challenge is the door handle. The current design doesn’t provide a lot mobility so I added my own inside and outside handles. All in all a great until that we are enjoying a lot!!! I had Kandu handle the installation! The team was at my home 8am to 5pm. They did all the caulking inside and out as requested and anchored my Gazebo to the patio. We were very fortunate. This was a near perfect installation!!!
