UPDATE: the gazebo only leaked that first time the day after it was built. I think the roof panels were a bit warped from shipping and straightened out over time. Now it doesn’t leak at all and is exactly what I hoped for. Very disappointed. It was delivered 10 days late and leaks. Easy to put together and looks gorgeous but leaks everywhere when it rains. It is on a flat surface and was installed correctly. I plan on getting rubber gaskets to put the screws in that attach the roof pieces and hopefully that helps. I’ll update the review if I notice a difference.

Two years later and not a single issue. Its not noisy during rain storms. Its worth every penny. We bolted it down to our paver patio with about 4-6 inches gap off house and rain does not come down between them. Perfect addition.

I love it! However, when it rained hard…like pouring down…it leaked in one spot. It wasn’t bad enough to get upset over. It appeared to come through around one of the screws. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints.

Difficult to assemble….. directions are pictures must look At pictures carefully noting direction of all parts. Once assembled it is well built sturdy and looks great.

I'm thinking the assembly instructions can be improved for someone assembeling it for the first time. I doubt a two man team follows the instructions. I think one man could do the assembly with the right approach. I love the quality of the material.

Stylish construction. Instruction manual needs updating (e.g. pieces that can be assembled before attaching to constructed units to make it easier; clearly labeling which direction pieces should face and be placed. Plastic side piece was longer than the matching piece and had to be manually cut.

Updated review: The gazebo has been good until about a year later. The water started leaking badly between panels from roof every time it rains. Shipping is not so great. First it took a long time to delivery and then we found the package got damaged. One of main post got smashed and another post got scratched.
