This is a replacement. The original one lasted many years but Suncast doesn’t even have a wiring diagram to use for troubleshooting.

Wayfair was fabulous, but the hose reel leaked like crazy and when I put in a warranty claim on it my first day I opened the box the transfer hose leaked. They said I had to take pictures of it leaking. I took pictures as best I could and they refused my Warranty claim. Do not buy from Suncast. They don’t back up their products they make you jump through hoops for a 3 foot piece of hose they made me go through crazy hell they can keep it.

My back thanks you! I had a Suncast Aquawinder hose reel for several years, and loved it. But it is no longer available so I couldnt replace it. The manual hose reel just wasnt cutting it. This was a little on the expensive side, but worth every penny to save me from having to struggle with the hose!

Great product. Just as described. I can't crank the hose anymore. This is perfect.
