Plastic Stand Hose Pot

Wayfair was fabulous, but the hose reel leaked like crazy and when I put in a warranty claim on it my first day I opened the box the transfer hose leaked. They said I had to take pictures of it leaking. I took pictures as best I could and they refused my Warranty claim. Do not buy from Suncast. They don’t back up their products they make you jump through hoops for a 3 foot piece of hose they made me go through crazy hell they can keep it.

My back thanks you! I had a Suncast Aquawinder hose reel for several years, and loved it. But it is no longer available so I couldnt replace it. The manual hose reel just wasnt cutting it. This was a little on the expensive side, but worth every penny to save me from having to struggle with the hose!

I waited 3 months for Wayfair to deliver 1 items to be delivered… I miss 1 payment and you send me a 20 00 gift card for your mistake ! You can wait like I did Fix your problem!!! Do not put all your items on one with code. You can wait 3 months before I pay you.

This is a nice hose reel that winds the hose easily. I would prefer if the rewind pedal were in the front instead of on the side. It would reduce the footprint needed and give more freedom to handle the hose while it is being rewound.

My hose aquawinder finally broke after 7 years and I was looking for something similar. I was very skeptical of this product and the use of a battery . I set it up and charged the battery. I have a heavy duty hose which is not as pliable as some of the less expensive ones. I am actually amazed at how well it works - the hose is perfectly in place and the battery operated retraction was excellent. I would highly recommend this product and must admit that it was easier to use than the Suncast I previously had.
