Just put it together and overall it seems great. Had a couple of defect but nothing that was too crazy. Shipping experience was great. Instruction manual could be better to help with easier installation.

Have not had a chance to assemble it yet, but the delivery was fast. The price was great and the materials seem to be very good.

Amazing addition to the backyard!

Looks great when finished. But many items arrived damaged. A fewWood posts and roof frames and panels were scrapped or chipped when taken out of the box. To itemize the items for replacements would have taken too long as we bought the product to be put together right away.

Comes in 5 heavy boxes. Fed Ex will most likely damage several boxes. One box was so damaged to couldn't deliver it. After a bit of a hassle Wayfair resent all the boxes. The Quality is Okay. Cuts on the wood were poor. One was so for off it that It would have had to be recut and drilled. Good thing I had extra boxes so I could swap out that part. Metal had dent's and scraps (from shipping. The instruction are horrible. Take your time and read ahead, lay out and have parts ready. Pay close attention to pictures. All in all it was not a horrible project and not to difficult to assemble.

Beautiful and fits our space perfectly. It took my husband and I 10 hours to put together.

Received the gazebo 2 days early, which was great, but one of the top beams was damaged. Will have to call Wayfair to get a replacement, if possible. Will update the review if and when I get the replacement.***UPDATE This is an update review on the replacement piece. First, the replacement came very quickly (less than 5 days). I only needed 1 replacement piece, but they sent me the whole gazebo over again ( 5 very heavy boxes). Its fine. I just find it a little wasteful on Wayfairs part, but whatever. Second, this project will take at least 3 people ( 4 would be better ). It took us 3 days to put it up, but that was due to the weather. Third, Sunjoy made a beautiful gazebo. The instructions are easy to follow ( just dont tighten the screws fully until you finish the side youre working on ). I love the way it came out. Very sturdy. Hope it lasts for a few years. I also plan on putting some polyurethane on the wood to help with the longevity. Love, love, love.
