I absolutely love this pergola. It took me 2 years to settle on the perfect one and I am so happy that this ended up being the one I bought. It was so well packaged and labeled that my husband and I put it together just the two of us in about 2.5 hours and that's including break time since it was super hot outside. We spent all of last summer under it! Can't wait for this summer to hurry up so we can enjoy it again

Okay, this is the third glowing review I’ve written about the great experience I had and how pleased I am with the Pagoda. And glad there is a place to share the photos. I must admit I was hesitant ordering from WayFair, so I posted on Nextdoor asking for the experiences of others. All replies with a couple exceptions, were very positive. So I took the dive and called in the order. The woman who took my order was both pleasant and professional. Her name escapes me, but I trust someone will look it up because she deserves special kudos for her excellent attitude. She explained everything, step by step, and that was exactly how it was. The two gentlemen who delivered the product were also efficient, competent and professional. I’d printed the 30 page directions and put them in a three-ring binder. A friend of mine, who is an excellent woodworker, felt it was within his skill level although the directions said we’d need three and a half men to do it. (Remember, fools rush in…….) Day one it was just the two of us. We got as far as photo number four. I was concerned about the next step, so put out a call for help and got one taker. It wasn’t heavy work, but the pieces were long and awkward. They did the main work and I picked up and held screws. I am absolutely delighted with the results and so glad there’s a place to post the photos. Now all I need a cover, so it will be the cherry on the sundae if I win the gift card!!!!! Very pleased! Assembly too three adults about 3 1/2 hours to assemble. Very nicely/tightly packed in delivery box. No damage. Everything lined up perfectly with pre-drilled holes. All lumber and hardware came labeled with part number which made organizing piece easy. I can’t wait to get lights and plants for it.
