I have been waiting since March to get ione that works. This second one took five months to arrive in the packaging is damaged. I'm waiting for somebody to help me open it up to see if it's any good or if it has to be returned once again. I am beyond frustrated.

This awning is a great addition to our deck! Not terribly hard to install. I am so happy with Wayfair and can’t believe they shipped this awning all the way to Alaska. They are the only ones who I could find to agree to ship this to Alaska at a reasonable price. Wayfair now has a new customer for life. I will also be telling everyone I know about Wayfair and encourage folks from Alaska to order from them with confidence! Thank you! Great product and great company!

It took literally 3 months for this awning to arrive, which was ridiculous, but we love the product and installation was pretty straight forward. It's excellent quality and definitely getting tons of use from us!
