Gave my 80 yr old mother this as a Christmas gift in 2017. She loved it but could not easily reach the switch on the cord. So I bought her one of those remotes that connect to the outlet box. Voila! She could turn on her palm tree any time she wanted. I did make the mistake of thinking the zip ties were packing material, so I started snipping them off on the trunk of the tree. Don't make my mistake! There were some extra zip ties included in the box, but I never got around to replacing them (see picture). Mom is gone now and I have her palm tree on my screened balcony. ♥

This is a cute little lighted palm. I'm going to order a large palm to go with it.
