This is a nice Pergola! I have had it up for several months and the shade has been in rain and snow and full sun and is still intact and sturdy. I have a 4 star because the instructions are not easy to understand and it made assembly difficult. Nice product, but needs better assembly instructions!

Don’t buy this!! We got this one year ago to the day and there was a piece missing for the top sail. We woke up this morning to it completely collapsed on itself, and Wayfair was unwilling to remedy the situation because it was out of a 30 day mark. Despite that, companies should be willing to work with clients on, replacing items that are clearly not meant to last more than a year. We are now having to take it all down ourselves and deal with losing the cost of this less than a year.

This was my first purchase the Pergola my husband surprised me for Mothers Day. This pergola was very poor design poor quality. My husband assembled this on a Saturday and it collapsed with the rain on Friday. I was so upset. The fan i recently purchased from WAYFAIR exceeded my expectations. Love Love Love

Looks great and was initially happy. After a few storms, I realized that the tarp collects rain and after a day of heavy rain, it was so full of water the cross pieces supporting the tarp bent. I’m definitely disappointed.
