58'' W x 28'' D Vinyl Arbor in White

The arbor looks very nice assembled and I’m happy having the vertical dimension added to the fence line. I was missing 4 screws and the company promptly sent them when contacted. The assembly of the arbor itself didn’t take long, but it was a very difficult process of getting it leveled and buried using 4x4 wood extensions.

Beautiful and very easy to install

Structurally, this is a very strong piece of arbor. It has been a while since we bought it. I want to give it time to test it before I write this review. It has been through some strong wind and snow. We dug holes and put it down with cement. It really transformed our front yard and brings out the architectural feature of our house!

Only improvment recommended is the five top cross members need to have their pilot holes continued downward through the internal webs.

Love this arbor. It was easy to assemble. I decided to order the auger kit (from a different retailer) to secure to the ground. Looking forward to my climbing rose covering this. Only complaint was the box came very damaged. Luckily nothing was missing.

The arbor is beautiful and looks wonderful in the yard. I would rate the arbor itself a 5. However, we experienced a number of issues with the quality control associated with the packaging of the unit. It took 3 different attempts to get a complete arbor with all the parts. The 1st shipment we received contained 2 different arbors. One box contained parts for the Fairfield Deluxe arbor the other box contained parts from the Nantucket Legacy arbor. Wayfair promptly shipped a new Fairfield Deluxe arbor. Unfortunately the arbor was missing 12 pieces. Wayfair again shipped me another Fairfield Deluxe arbor very quickly. A third time was a charm and we were able to build the arbor. I dont blame Wayfair - they bent over backwards to remedy the problems we encountered. The manufacturer, New England Arbors has some very serious quality control problems that need to be addressed. It should not take multiple shipments to get the correct arbor with all its parts. I would rate the manufacturer a 1 or 2. Overall I rated the overall experience a 4 due to the outstanding service I received from Wayfair. I dont think I would buy a other New England arbor unless they correct their QA issues.

Easy to assemble. Looks. Never have to paint. Low maintenance.
