Excellent quality and arrived super quick

This is the second plaque we have ordered from them. Both of them were beautifully crafted. They both arrived sooner than expected. We were extremely satisfied with our purchases.

Purchased this and assumed that the "welcome", "The" and " "established" were already part of the plaque. Only once I received it did I see that instead of saying The and the family name with an "s" ie The Smiths. It only said the last name. It looked like it was missing something. When I contacted customer service I was told I would have to order a new plaque and write it exactly as I want to see it. I just found it kind of misleading and now I have had to order another plaque as it is a wedding present and I want it look nice. Perhaps in the section where you order the plaque it should mention that it only says welcome and established and that you have to add the and the family name
