Brizio Acacia Rocking Chair with Cushion (Set of 2)

Nice for a couple months then started fading quickly. This is what it looked like within the first season. Very disappointing for the price we paid. Should get refund or replacement. Not able to get ahold of anyone. If I am able to get resolved I will remove bad rating

1 year update: Both rockers are falling apart. Since I bought the protection plan, I submitted a claim, but the damage was noticed two months ago, and it had to be submitted within 30 days. So we have two rockers that are collapsing, and Allstate won't cover them. We'll have to throw them out. Very disappointing. Time of purchase: The wood looks nice and they match our sofa since it’s from the same brand. However, the cushions are thin. Worst of all, both have loud, distracting wood creaking noises as we rock. We literally raise our voices to talk over the creaking. It’s much more than just settling and we assembled them per the instructions.

These rockers are great. Well-madesolid and we’re packaged perfectly so no damage.
