Great loungers - beautiful and seem sturdy. I have an issue with one ... wicker piece is sticking out and I’m hoping it does not unravel. Tried to call customer service but on hold too long - any way to have ONE replacement lounger sent (it’s part of a set) seems to be out of stock. Thank you for your response and remedy - looking forward to the replacement lounger.

I am so disappointed in this item... there is rust all over my brand new stamped concrete patio every time they get wet! I should get a brand new set... this is ridiculous!

Had a FedEx guy that was having a bad day and our first set arrived a little bent and twisted, But Wayfair immediately sent us a replacement set. And now we have 2 sets. Even though the first set is bent they said to keep it! They also gave us a partial refund as the set went down in price from when we purchased originally! These are heavy and will not blow in the wind and they are very well made!!! WAYFAIR FOR THE WIN!!!

These lounge chairs are beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised, and they look great on the deck! They are very comfortable and there is no assembly at all. I'm very happy!

Love these chairs so far! Only downfall is you have to make sure the legs underneath are fully out or they fall. So every time you move the chair you have to adjust the legs. Other then that super comfortable, just take out of the box and your done

Comfortable lounge chairs but not rust proof. We have them sitting outside by the pool in Florida. Every time we move the chair there is rust water coming from inside it. I am tossing as I am afraid the rusty water will stain the pool deck.

Chairs are great quality and nice and wide. Cushions came with stained foam and are not the same quality as the chairs. Thin and lumpy and cheap looking

THE CHAIRS ARE AWESOME, SEEM WELL BUILT, TABLE GOOD AS WELL, ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE FOAM INSERTS WERE DIRTY AND RIPPED, HOWEVER, IT SEEMS THE RESOLUTION DEPARTMENT HAS MADE IT RIGHT, AGREEING TO SEND ME NEW ONES WHEN THEY COME IN FROM BACK-ORDER, OVERALL, ALL GOOD FOR NOW.

Cushions are okay. Chair is nice.
