6“concrete Finish Bio Ethanol Tabletop Fire Pit

This table fire pit came packaged well and arrived quickly. It is smaller than I imagined but it produces quite a large flame and is very clean burning. Roasted some marshmallows with it outside by the pool.

I thought this tabletop fire pit looked like a lot of fun for roasting marshmallows and snuggling on the patio on a cool night. The base is HEAVY! It is concrete. There is a thin glass ‘chimney’ and a metal piece to use to extinguish the flame. We have yet to use our fire pit because I have not picked up the bio ethanol fuel. Please note that this certain fuel must be used with this object. It is available at most large home improvement stores. I am excited to use this in the future.

Never even heard of a “tabletop fire pit” before, but that’s what was so intriguing. This item is a bit bigger than I imagined and a lot heavier. The only complaint is the “manual”, it doesn’t really explain how you light it and if the included fabric stuff is supposed to stay in there. Well, after googling this I found out it is. It uses rubbing alcohol (70% or greater) as fuel which makes it easy to find at most any pharmacy. The flame looks really nice as it dances around and even makes some pop noises, and this attention getting fire pit is a great addition to any home.

Fire pit arrived well package and no damage. No real assembly needed; just placing the glass on the top. There is a wool wick inside the metal container which helps the flame last longer and can be used multiple times. Just add bio-ethanol fuel and light. The base is very beautiful with a curve design. Lit, the firepit does throw some heat and is relaxing to watch. It also works good for tabletop S'mores! Because it doesn't throw soot all over and nothing toxic is being released, we use it inside. The only downside is that some soot does collect over the glass. I filled the fuel cup about a quarter full and the flame lasted about 20 minutes. Completely full I think it would probably last close to an hour.

This little fire pit for indoors is bigger than expected and I'm happier for it. It has a really nice heavy weight to it - so better to not have it moving around easy for safety. I do like everything about it.
