8.5-Ft. Tall Motion-Activated Ginormous Reaper, Premium Talking Halloween Animatronic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got gifted the Haunted Hill Farm 8.5-ft Freestanding Talking Lighted Reaper Animatronic, and it’s honestly one of the best gifts I’ve got for Halloween! This thing is huge, towering at 8.5 feet, and it looks super creepy with all the details. The glowing eyes are especially eerie, and when it starts talking, it really gives you chills! Setting it up was surprisingly easy, which is a relief because I was worried it would be complicated. It’s made of strong materials, so I’m confident it can handle being outside, even if the weather gets a bit crazy. I placed it in my front yard, and it’s definitely been a hit with everyone who passes by. People have stopped to take pictures, and my friends are totally impressed! What I love most is how realistic it looks and moves. The animations are super lifelike, which makes it even scarier. It really helps to create a spooky atmosphere, and it’s a great addition to my Halloween decorations. If you want something that will wow your guests and give everyone a good scare, I definitely recommend this reaper. It’s totally worth the investment!

I highly recommend assembling it either laying flat on the ground or connecting the arms to the head/ body first, THEN putting it on the interior poles. The instructions say to put the body together, then dress it, then put the arms on. It's so tall, that is difficult without a ladder and help! But it is possible to do it yourself, I managed it. Also, connect all the cables before putting him completely together and dressing him. I had to climb under his robes with a flashlight to find where the cables all connected. But overall, he's pretty cool. The sensor works great, and it has volume controls, which is great for me, since I put him in the library where i work. He says cute "spooky" phrases anytime someone walks by.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reaper arrived a lot sooner than expected. Assembly was very easy, and instructions were easy to follow. It is relatively lightweight considering how big it is, making it easy to move around where you would like. My only concern with it being light weight is that it could topple over on a rainy or windy day, so I will go get some get some anchors that will stabilize it from moving. The voice is creepy, and the red eyes add a good touch. It will be even better once we add the fog machine. It's a great complement to my graveyard. It is definitely going to be a hit this Halloween, I can't wait to finish decorating!
