Overall we are happy with the purchase. It’s not as sturdy as you would think and the instructions are very hard to follow. They do have a video that helps online. We were also missing a vital piece. Reached out to support and haven’t heard back at this time.

Trying to put it together now, after waiting a longer time than expected to receive the product. Material looks and feels solid so hopefully it stays up. When finally delivered the heavy package was leaning against the siding of my house with part of it in front of the garage of my disabled mother, effectively blocking her in if any of her health issues come up, luckily was dropped off right before I was going to work so was able to move the package away from her door so she can get out if she needs to. I understand the package was heavy but I would have rather had it lying on the sidewalk it was on then having it leaning against the side of the house with part of it over the garage of a disabled person in a wheelchair. Also some pieces have the pre-drilled holes in the wrong area that do not align with other pieces they are supposed to go with, for example 30G and 30A...picture included. Those 2 specific pieces are the rear panel, one has the holes where you should line them up and the other is almost at the edge of the material where there is a slight bend, when it is suppose to be flush with the other panel.

The coop is adequate, the shipping is a nightmare. Wayfair did not deliver on time. I had to go out and buy a second coop and wayfair shrugged it off. If you have 3-4 weeks to wait for this to be delivered then go ahead and order. If you are pressed for time chose another option.

Terrible product. Wish I returned it. I've been an autobody man, rebuilt a car engine and built rc model airplanes. This was an extremely hard build. The hardware isn't adequate. Parts of it fell apart when moving it. I won't put birds in it, let alone 12 like advertised. I'm either going to sell it at a loss, or use it to store tools and stuff. Worse than the Chinese made coop I recently bought from wayfair.

My husband and I assembled it over the weekend. It took us about 6 hours total. Yes, there is some drilling of your holes required, but I would consider this easy to assemble. After reading some of the other reviews, I don't understand why there is such difficulty in building this. I don't have that much experience assembling things, and I did not find it that difficult. The only part that could be clearer is why they decided to use pop rivets. You could skip the pop rivets and buy extra screws if needed, and it would work well. Overall, I highly recommend this coop, especially for Silkies that must stay well-protected and dry. It is much better than most pre-assembled-type coops on the market.

I bought this product this week (October 2023. The documentation and video guide are totally misleading. take the roof. I measured the distance from the outer securing holes from the leading edge of the roof sheets and the holes vary as much as 5mm ( ranging from 45mm to 50mm with some 46mm others 48mm) These are supposed to be the same so the holes don't line up. It does not matter which way you orientate the roof panels the overlapping hole also does not line up. If you use one as a template the other pre-drilled hole is too close so the hole elongates and the self tapping screw no longer tightens. This is just the "tip of the ice berg" so to speak. Many of the holes have not been evenly drilled to a consistent pattern. I consider this rubbish and would not recommend this. I will now have to buy new colour bond sheets and make my own chicken coop / bird aviary. I will be making a formal complaint.
