Metal Step Over Gate (Model MSOG)

Like it a lot just the right size

This gate is ideal to keep across the doorway to keep the dogs away from the cat food and litter box kept inside the room and it's low enough for our cat to easily jump over. I gave it four stars because one of the metal legs was bent on arrival, but easily fixed. Assembly was a bit tricky because when putting the two pieces together you do need to force one side over some grommets. This wasn't particularly obvious, we thought something was wrong, but a call to the company's customer service was made and they were helpful in explaining. It is lightweight and can be pushed out of the way by a persistent pet, we have it against the door frame to prevent this from happening. Overall a very good value for the price.

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. We got this gate to be able to use on the stairs and in the den for our new puppy. It is nice in that the size is expandable, and you do not have to drill holes in your wall or have anywhere to affix it, so we can use it next to the couch. The screws on the bottom do not go all the way flush with the base, so they could scratch your wood floors if there is a lot of motion (we put a felt pad there). Our older dog (cavalier King Charles about 28lb) can completely push past it if it is not wedged between something (like the stair rails), so then the puppy gets out with him!

We got this gate to help keep our corgi out of trouble and remain supervised at almost all times. Its a little short but does the trick. She really hasnt messed with it a whole lot or tried to jump it or knock it over. It seems to be sturdy and made well.

This pet gate is super easy to assemble. Its made of good quality material and design is really awesome. As you are able to slide the 2 pieces to make this gate shorter for easy storage. It is much smaller than I thought it would be. But its perfect for small dogs. It shipped quickly and I am very happy with this pet gate. But if you have a larger dog then this isnt for you. But I would recommend it for smaller dogs.

The gate shipped quickly and is really good quality. Setting it up was really easy and the gate is super stable. I especially like that it comes with small padding for the bottom of the legs to protect the flooring. I’m using it to block off a plant from my cat and so far it’s been great.

This gate is perfect for our space and was great because it is so adjustable in width it is easy to fit in awkward spaces! The black color is true and nicely adds to the black we have little bits of throughout our home. The only thing I would change is to make it heavier. Our dog really doesnt jumped up on it or I would say if I thought it will hold her weight (23lbs). Just to make myself feel better, I placed our trash can and our dogs food container on top of the feet on the opposite side of the gate from our dogs food and water bowl area.

Make sure you check the dimensions of the gate before purchasing. It looks bigger in pictures than in person. I definitely expected it to be taller than it is but overall it seems sturdy and will do what it is supposed to

The gate is sturdy and will serve the purpose of keeping our dog on the front porch. Our dog is tiny, so I don’t think it could hold back a large dog. It came pretty quick and was easy to assemble. Gave it 4 stars because it appeared larger in the picture.

Great gate, my mail slot is in the front door . At times my dog willplay tug a war with the mail person , he pulls , then the mail person pulls , back and forth. With this gate in front of my front door , I’m am able to stop Fido from pulling the mail. The gate is black , with a simple design, easy to assemble, and easier to set up.
